The Role: We are seeking a high-caliber Engineering General Manager to serve as a "Business Engineer" leader. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can merge technical mastery with commercial sharp-wittedness. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, managing the Business Development P&L, and establishing TWI as the most reliable technical partner in the Indonesian energy sector.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

1. Commercial P&L & Growth Strategy:

  • Take full accountability for the Business Development P&L, ensuring that revenue growth is achieved through high-margin contracts and sustainable project cycles.
  • Manage the commercial feasibility of all prospects, ensuring that every engagement balances technical excellence with financial profitability.
  • Optimize the cost-of-acquisition for new projects while maximizing the long-term value of the client portfolio.

2. Strategic Business Development & Tender Leadership:

  • Spearhead initiatives to identify and capture emerging opportunities in the Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Lead the tender management team to win high-stakes projects by aligning submissions with SKK Migas (PTK 007) standards and client-specific requirements.
  • Translate complex engineering capabilities into clear, high-integrity business solutions.

3. Strategic Liaison & Reliability Branding:

  • Act as the primary high-level liaison for SKK Migas, Pertamina, Petronas, and various KKKS partners.
  • Position TWI's technical expertise as a highly reliable and dependable partner, delivering value through consistent quality and high-integrity engineering solutions.
  • Build and safeguard TWI's reputation as a technical authority that ensures project continuity and safety.

4. Ethical & Technical Compliance:

  • Ensure all business and engineering activities strictly adhere to the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery framework.
  • Guarantee that all proposals and project executions comply with ISA/IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 to ensure the highest level of industrial and data security.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Petroleum, or related fields). An MBA or Master's in Management is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Engineering Management within the Indonesian Oil & Gas industry.
  • Domain Expertise: A proven track record of successful high-level interactions with SKK Migas, Pertamina, and Petronas. Deep knowledge of Indonesian energy regulations and tender frameworks.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in managing sales-focused P&L, project margin analysis, and strategic contract negotiation.
  • Integrity: A professional who embodies our "Quality First" and "Zero Corruption" philosophy.
  • Communication: Exceptional networking and presentation skills; fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
