Human Resouces Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resource Intern
to join our HR team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
  • Help onboard new hires and ensure all documentation is complete
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus (but not required)
  • Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
