Role Overview

Pluang is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Compliance team. This role requires a proactive individual who is keen to understand regulatory obligations and have a commitment to maintaining high compliance standards within the organization. You will work closely with various functions to ensure our operations adhere to both internal and external requirements. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our ethical standards and fostering a culture of compliance across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and reviewing company operations and reporting to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide compliance support for regulated entities in Indonesia jurisdiction.
  • Responsible for implementing a Compliance Framework to be adapted and to create an Annual Compliance Program for the company.
  • Monitor compliance breaches and incidents and provide findings and recommendations in relation to the breach/incident.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing compliance assurance monitoring programs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations and monitoring of set internal standards and controls.
  • Assist in the development, updating, and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Participate in investigations of potential compliance violations or ethical concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (experience in compliance, risk, audit, project management, consultant or a similar role is beneficial)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command in English is a must.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
