I. Job Summary
Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru, meningkatkan penjualan layanan cargo/logistik, serta membangun hubungan strategis dengan pelanggan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan pendapatan perusahaan.
II. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru untuk layanan cargo dan logistik.
- Melakukan prospek pelanggan melalui riset pasar, kunjungan, cold calling, dan presentasi produk.
- Menyusun proposal penawaran, quotation tarif, dan solusi layanan sesuai kebutuhan klien.
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, SLA, dan kesepakatan kerja sama hingga penutupan transaksi (closing).
- Mencapai target penjualan bulanan/kuartal/tahunan sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
Client Relationship Management
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan baru maupun existing.
- Menindaklanjuti kebutuhan pengiriman, komplain, dan permintaan khusus pelanggan.
- Menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan memastikan kualitas layanan sesuai standar operasional perusahaan.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Melakukan analisis pasar, kebutuhan pelanggan, dan aktivitas kompetitor.
- Memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan strategi penjualan dan pengembangan produk/jasa.
- Berkontribusi dalam perencanaan ekspansi rute, layanan, dan segmen pasar.
Internal Coordination
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operasional, Warehouse, Customer Service, Trucking, dan Finance untuk kelancaran layanan kepada pelanggan.
- Menyampaikan informasi kapasitas, tarif, SOP, dan update layanan kepada klien.
- Membantu penyusunan materi promosi, presentasi bisnis, dan aktivitas pemasaran.
Reporting & Administration
- Membuat dan memperbarui pipeline penjualan melalui CRM atau format internal.
- Menyusun laporan aktivitas penjualan, prospek, dan pencapaian target untuk manajemen.
- Menyiapkan kontrak kerja sama, MoU, quotation, dan dokumen administratif lainnya.
III. Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan bidang Logistik, Manajemen, atau Bisnis.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun pada posisi Business Development atau Sales di industri cargo/logistik.
- Memahami proses kerja operasional cargo, trucking, ekspedisi, atau freight forwarding.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, presentasi, dan networking yang baik.
- Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja secara mobile.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office dan CRM menjadi nilai tambah.
