Highfield Secondary School - BSD - 2 is committed to meaningful, child-centered learning in a safe and nurturing environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional secondary school teacher to lead a Secondary level, teach multiple core subjects and manage day-to-day classroom activities.

  • Physical Education Teacher

  • PABP Teacher

Key Responsibilities :

  • Teach junior high school students using engaging and student-centred approaches
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, differentiated lessons that support students' different learning abilities
  • Prepare students for the Cambridge IGCSE pathway, ensuring the development of students' academic and non-academic capabilities
  • Committed to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in achieving their full potential
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and academic support
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding students' progress
  • Serve as a homeroom teacher, providing individual care and guidance
  • Participate actively in school programmes and extracurricular activities

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in related subject field
  • Available for working in the academic year of 2026–2027
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, inspiring and motivating them to reach high academic goals
  • Effective classroom management and organisational skills
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion in the field of education
  • Ability to work both individually and as a team
  • Familiarity with basic office software, online teaching tools, and digital classroom platforms
  • Proficient in ICT/EdTech (Google Workspace, Slides, Sheets, learning apps)
  • Having a Responsible to Life attitude
