Kualifikasi & Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Pengalaman minimal 3 - 5 tahun sebagai dengan posisi leader di kitchen / setara
  • Minimal lulusan D3 Culinary / Pariwisata / Perhotelan
  • 7 jam kerja + 1 jam istirahat
  • Terbiasa memimpin cook helper di dapur
  • Menguasai operasional sehari-hari, terutama menjaga kualitas produk
  • Bertanggung jawab atas kinerja seluruh tim outlet, memastikan semua bekerja sesuai dengan SOP
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap report harian seperti report waste, produksi, efisiensi kerja, dll
  • Kemampuan cook & kitchen yang kompeten
  • Bisa bekerja dibawah tekanan, team work dan komunikatif
