DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

  • Memimpin, membina, dan mengawasi tim sales (sales representative/beauty advisor) di wilayah Bali - Lombok.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan di area yang ditugaskan.
  • Menyusun strategi penjualan berdasarkan analisis pasar dan kompetitor.
  • Menjalin dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan distributor, agen, dan retail partner.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan, stok, dan performa tim secara berkala.
  • Melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas strategi penjualan dan kegiatan promosi.
  • Bekerjasama dengan tim marketing dalam pelaksanaan campaign atau event lokal.
  • Memberikan insight pasar kepada tim produk dan marketing untuk pengembangan produk dan strategi komunikasi.

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Pendidikan min. D3.
  • Pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun dalam handle Sales Distribution dengan posisi Supervisor.
  • Memahami tentang outlet management, promosi penjualan, marketing, event dan activation terutama produk kecantikan (skincare, cosmetics, personal care, hair care).
  • Memiliki kemampuan public speaking, negosiasi, dan handling event.
  • Menguasai MS. Office terutama Excel dan Power Point dengan baik.
