Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing and growing client accounts, handling client inquiries, and providing professional support to ensure high client satisfaction. The position focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets, particularly within the Medan market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, preferably in securities, asset management, or digital investment platforms.
  • Personal experience as an active trader (stocks, forex, or digital assets) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and profitability targets, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills with basic English proficiency.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and investment platforms.
