Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal control systems across all business functions
  • Monitor risk exposures and support management in developing risk mitigation strategis
  • Review and update internal SOPs to align with business growth
  • Conduct regular evaluations and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Lead internal audits and ensure timeline follow-ups on audit finding
  • Prepare periodic reports on internal control and compliance status for management and the board

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Risk Management (Master's Degree or certification like CPA/CIA/CISA is a plus)
  • 5-7 years of experience in internal audit, control, or compaliance (at least 2 years in managerial role)
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IC systems
  • Excellent undestanding of risk management, internal audit, and governence practices
  • Ability to design SOPs, compliance checklists, and audit programs
