  • This role is responsible to help achieve sales target to support Partnership Distribution Sharia Bancassurance growth in the supervised areas.

Preferred skills

  • Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise (sharia bancassurance)
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Qualifications

  • Min. of a Bachelor degree, preferrable from Finance, Business and Sales background.
  • Preferrable a Certified Financial Planner, leadership and/or Sales Management
  • A 6-years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy to ensure sales target is achieved

  • Actively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programs

  • Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly

  • Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest

  • Ensure Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity and comply with current regulations
