  • Verify and process supplier invoices and coordinate with related departments
  • Initiate payments through the banking system and manage petty cash transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily operational cash flow
  • Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts receivable and oversee billing processes

  • Prepare required documents for banking purposes, including time deposits, payments, and account opening/closing

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Have 3+ years experiences in finance and accounting
  • Ex-auditor would be a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
