Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve business goals.
  • Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related fields
  • Proven leadership skills with experience leading a team
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
