Social Media Specialist

Are you passionate about creating engaging social content and building strong communities online?
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to grow our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other owned channels

What you'll do:

• Plan, create, and publish short-form video and always-on content.
• Manage the social content calendar and maintain brand consistency.
• Lead comm
• unity management and engage with local sports communities & creators.
• Collaborate with designers, content, and other teams for integrated campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
  

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of social trends (especially Reels/TikTok).
• Familiar with community engagement, UGC, and influencer collaboration.
• Skilled in writing, storytelling, and working with creative teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
