To build and execute Clubhouse's marketing and content strategy, growing brand awareness, engaging the community, and driving bookings (courts, coaching, events, and F&B).

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Management


• Plan and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.


• Create engaging visuals, reels, carousels, and copywriting aligned with Clubhouse's premium-lifestyle positioning.


• Manage a consistent posting schedule (e.g., 4–6 posts/week + daily stories).

2. Community Engagement


• Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


• Build and moderate WhatsApp/Telegram community groups (Reclub, Intense Partner).


• Collaborate with coaches and members to feature authentic stories and testimonials.

3. Campaigns & Lead Generation


• Design and execute campaigns for monthly bookings, events, and coaching programs.


• Coordinate influencer/KOL partnerships, track ROI, and manage brand ambassadors.


• Run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with clear KPIs: bookings, sign-ups, engagement.

4. Analytics & Reporting


• Track metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).


• Prepare monthly marketing reports with recommendations.


• Test and optimize creatives and formats for better performance.

5. Brand & Partnerships


• Ensure Clubhouse visuals and voice are consistent across all touchpoints.


• Support Reiner (partnerships) by amplifying sponsor/F&B tenant activations on social media.


• Work closely with ops team to promote on-site activities, events, and launches.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)


• Social media growth (followers, reach, engagement rate).


• Leads generated for coaching & monthly bookings.


• Event sign-ups and attendance.


• ROI on paid campaigns.


• Community satisfaction/engagement in digital channels.


• Experience managing social media for lifestyle, sports, or F&B brands.


• Strong content creation skills (photography, video editing, Canva/Adobe tools).


• Comfortable with paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).


• Passionate about sports/fitness/lifestyle (padel interest = huge plus).


• Strong communication in English + Bahasa.
