Job Description Summary:

  • Product Management Lead work in Product Management chapter, who is in charge mentor and manage other Product Managers and Product Analysts. They also hands-on with conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, and launching a new product. Product Management Lead utilize their technical expertise and comprehensive product knowledge to solve user needs. They work in small groups with Digital Product Development chapter, RPA Development chapter and Solution Architect to ensure that the end-to-end journey with our products meets desired experience and business outcomes.

Job Description:

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with Product Analysts, Digital Product Development Lead and Solution Architect

  • Perform strategic and ad-hoc work to deeply understand and communicate the problems of our customers by regularly talk with customers

  • Contributing towards building products loved by our customers with highest possible business value

  • Prioritize and manage their products with minimal guidance

  • Uncover new insights through UX Research

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably degree in IT; or holding professional (bootcamp) certification; or similar experience.

  • 6+ years' experience with 2+ years' experience in a leadership role with in-depth experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion and execution.

  • Comfort working in a highly Agile, intensely iterative software development process.

  • Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and clear status updates.
