We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) who is passionate about crafting seamless and meaningful user experiences, especially for digital investment and trading platforms. This role is less about polishing visuals and more about deeply understanding user behavior, applying design thinking, and ensuring our products truly serve investors and traders. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive workflows, empathetic design solutions, and experiences that empower users to confidently manage and grow their investments. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Own and execute user-centered design processes from discovery to delivery, ensuring experiences are seamless, usable, and aligned with product goals.
  • Combine user insight with market trends and proven product patterns to inform strategic design decisions.
  • Translate complex investment or trading concepts into clear, simple, and user-friendly product flows.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints to explore solutions through a design thinking approach.
  • Design with attention to detail, visual clarity, and high aesthetic standards while maintaining consistency across platforms and staying mindful of evolving design trends.
  • Continuously refine designs through user feedback, data insights, product strategy, and evolving business context.
  • Bring user perspective into product discussions without losing sight of feasibility and strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio reflecting both UX problem-solving and visually compelling design outcomes
  • Experience working on fintech, investment, or trading products is highly valued
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and similar tools ).
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented while keeping focus on the bigger picture.
  • Curious and empathetic mindset with a strong desire to understand user behavior.
  • Positive attitude and openness to feedback.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
