Ludoria Café (BSD) brings a Vintage & Luxury concept, offering a unique experience through boardgames, food, and an elegant atmosphere.

We are now looking for a Head of Marketing who will play a key role in creating an unforgettable boardgame café experience for our customers.

Job Role

-Develop and execute marketing strategies for Ludoria Café, both online and offline.

-Define and maintain the brand direction in line with the café's vintage & luxury concept.

-Plan and manage promotional schedules, events, and collaborations with communities.

-Supervise and monitor the performance of the marketing team (content, digital ads, design).

-Manage the marketing budget and prepare monthly performance reports.

-Work closely with the owner to determine business growth strategies.

Qualifications

-Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

-At least 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in F&B industry is preferred).

-Strong understanding of digital marketing, event promotion, and brand positioning.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills.

-Creative, analytical, and target-oriented.

-Willing to work in the BSD area
