Qualifications:

  1. Minimum D4 or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence with measurable impact. Especially in F&B, retail, or fast-paced consumer companies.
  3. Experienced in building the Data Analyst/BI function from the ground up and optimizing processes, workflows, and analytics standards to improve insight quality and operational efficiency.
  4. Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
  5. Able to build efficient data models, dashboards, and automated reporting.
  6. Understands key business metrics (GMV, margin, retention, ROI, conversion, etc.).
  7. Familiar with Python or R for ad-hoc analytics or automation (plus).
  8. Exposure to ETL processes and data modeling tools such as dbt or Airflow (plus).
  9. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to balance technical accuracy and business clarity.
  10. Able to present data insights clearly and connect them to business decisions.
  11. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  12. Collaborative, proactive, and promotes data-driven decision-making across teams.
  13. Hands-on working style with strong attention to detail.
