A Partnership Associate role involves building, managing, and nurturing relationships with external companies (partners) to assist in driving business growth, coordinating joint activities like marketing/sales, and supporting the overall partner program through research, communication, and tracking performance, often acting as a key liaison between internal teams and partners. It's a dynamic, cross-functional role focused on mutual success, requiring strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, often supporting senior partnership managers. This is a junior role (candidates with less than 3 years of experience may apply).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Identification & Outreach
    : Researching potential partners and initiating contact.
  • Relationship Management
    : Serving as a point of contact, addressing inquiries, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Coordination
    : Arranging meetings, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of joint projects.
  • ** Go-to-Market (GTM) Support**: Helping orchestrate internal resources for co-selling and joint marketing efforts.
  • ** Content & Reporting**: Preparing presentations, reports, case studies, and tracking KPIs.
  • ** Internal Collaboration**: Working with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • ** Admin Support**: Maintaining partner records (e.g., in Salesforce) and providing general operational assistance.

Key Requirements:

  • Min. a bachelor degree from a recognized university
  • Ability to speak and write in English
  • Ability to speak and write in other languages such as Japanese and Korean, an added advantage
