Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Minimum 1-year working experience in hands-on service desk support and IT infrastructure support Willing to work in ZALORA's Head Office (Jakarta Selatan) and ZALORA's Warehouse (Bekasi)Excellent troubleshooting skillset in Linux, Mac OS, Windows 10 & 11 operating systems, printer and device drivers, wireless and LAN connections Familiar with the installation, configuration management and debugging of hardware devices (router, firewall, switch, server and NAS Storage) Familiar with Kaseya VSA Professional and Helpdesk Ticketing System Excellent knowledge in deploying and maintaining MS Active Directory GPO and Powershell scripting Fluent in English & Bahasa Excellent in creating IT documentation (SOPs, work instruction, and user guide)Proactive and fast learner.
