We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia.  We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Responsible for managing various personnel functions, including support in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, exit process, etc), maintaining employee records, handling HR administration (attendance, leave, work visa application, etc.) and other assigned duties.

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years solid personnel experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Well-versed in Labor Ordinance and other related regulations in Indonesia
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Mature, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English and proficiency in spoken Mandarin is a MUST
