We are looking for a
Leasing
to support our growth in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the concept effectively, not relying solely on location or low rental rates.
  • Understand tenant needs thoroughly to inform sales strategy and make effective tenant selection decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, convincing them of the benefits of leasing.
  • Negotiate and close deals with tenants, presenting the concept, rental terms, and advantages of opening in the Townsquare.
  • Quickly generate tenant contacts through various sources and networks to support leasing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of mall leasing operations and tenant business processes.
  • Familiar with tenant brands in F&B, retail, and sports, with a strong understanding of lifestyle concepts, current lifestyle trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to attract high-performing tenants aligned with the mall concept and target rental rates.
  • Experienced in building and leveraging tenant networks, including decision-makers and relevant databases in the F&B and sports sectors.
  • Track record in high-target sales, consistently achieving or exceeding goals in leasing activities.
