Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan hubungan industrial, dokumen hukum, dan administrasi ketenagakerjaan agar seluruh kebijakan perusahaan berjalan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.

  • Menyusun dan memperbarui PKWT, kontrak kerja, serta perjanjian dengan vendor dan customer.
  • Mengelola dokumen hukum perusahaan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, dan pajak PPh 21.
  • Menangani administrasi gaji, tunjangan, kompensasi dan benefit lainnya.
  • Menyusun SOP, jobdesc, KPI, dan peraturan perusahaan.
  • Menjalin koordinasi dengan Disnaker, BPJS, notaris, dan pihak eksternal lain.

  • Melakukan monitoring dan pelaporan terkait kepatuhan hukum dan hubungan industrial.

  • Minimum Qualifications: S1 Hukum.

  • Pengalaman kerja 3–5 tahun di bidang HR Legal atau Industrial Relations.
  • Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, dan perpajakan karyawan.
  • Terampil membuat serta meninjau kontrak dan dokumen legal.
  • Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data perusahaan.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office dan terbiasa membuat laporan HR/Legal.
