  • Support the execution of marketing and communication strategies across digital, media, and event channels.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external platforms, including social media, website, and company publications.
  • Capture and edit photos, videos, and graphic designs for promotional or communication purposes.
  • Draft press releases, articles, and other brand materials following company guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing PR events, customer engagement programs, CSR activities, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Monitor media coverage and competitor activities, and prepare brand visibility reports.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and executive communication materials.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing communication, branding, or PR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in photography, videography, and graphic design tools
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across functions and external partners.
