About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to join our team at PT GOLDEN EXPRESSINDO' in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and reporting for the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
  2. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  3. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
  5. Manage the finance team, providing leadership, coaching, and development
  6. Collaborate with other departments to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA)
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting and finance management role, preferably in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
  3. Preferably having experience in logistics company.
  4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
  5. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
  6. Proficient in using financial management software and tools
  7. Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
