**Finance & Accounting Manager**

Finance & Accounting Managers oversee the financial & Accountant operations of an organization. They advise on investment plans, monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports. They work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Equivalent Qualification/ Business or Related Area

2. At Least 8 years of Experience in Finance & Accounting

3. Experience in another Financial Role, such as an Accountant or Financial Analyst

4. Good Understanding of Accounting Concepts, Financial Reporting Standards and Best Practices

6. In-Depth Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations and Industry Legislation

**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

2. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

3. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership

4. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

5. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems 6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

**Skills/ Other Personal Attributes Required**:
1. Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy

2. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

3. Analytical skills

4. Attention to detail

5. Negotiation skills

6. Must have good skill in excel

7. Fluent English both spoken and written

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

- Accounting Concepts: 8 years (required)
- Financial Reporting Standards and Best Practices: 8 years (required)
- Accounting Software: 5 years (required)
- Statistical Analysis Tools: 5 years (required)
- In-Depth Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards: 8 years (required)
- In-Depth Knowledge of Tax Regulations & Industry Legislation: 8 years (required)
- Finance Ops incld payroll, invoicing, & other transactions: 8 years (required)
