Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indonesia for a System Engineer. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing computer systems to support business operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support, administering systems, and collaborating with various teams to implement systems solutions effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining servers and equipment in the IDC data center, promptly responding to on-site issues, conducting fault analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  2. Responsible for identifying and resolving server-related problems in the data center and submitting corresponding fault records.
  3. Complete routine inspections as required to ensure the normal operation of servers.
  4. Engage in regular technical communication with vendors and upstream technical personnel to assist in resolving server issues in the data center.
  5. Extract log information and conduct relevant analysis for faulty servers and associated components.
  6. When submitting your resume, please list the models or types of servers you have repaired, as well as the software tools you have used.
  7. For network switches, support log collection, configuration information collection, etc.

Job Requirements:

  1. Associate's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of work experience, managerial experience preferred.
  2. One or more years of experience in server or related equipment maintenance, understanding of server basic architecture, and knowledge of server hardware.
  3. Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English, able to communicate to achieve barrier-free.
  4. Proficient in server assembly and disassembly, strong server troubleshooting skills.
  5. Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems and the installation and use of common testing software.
  6. Familiarity with GPU-related knowledge and technology preferred.
  7. Proficient in disassembling and assembling Nvidia A-series and H-series GPU cards, and skilled in using Nvidia's original tools.
  8. Proficiency in disassembling and assembling GPU servers from mainstream server manufacturers is preferred.
  9. On-site service experience and server maintenance experience are preferred.
  10. Networking switch device service experience are preferred.
