About the role

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and optimising our online advertising campaigns to achieve outstanding results. This is a full-time position based in the heart of Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven optimisations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Continuously test and experiment with new strategies to drive growth and maximise return on investment
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance-driven campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimisation, and measurement
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and programmatic platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to drive results
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
