Position: Performance Marketing Lead

What You'll Do:

1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce marketplace ads (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
  • Manage campaign objectives such as ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate tracking setup using GA4, pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Develop strategies to improve landing page performance and user journey.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with recommendations for scaling.

2. Affiliate & KOL Management

  • Lead the onboarding, coordination, and performance management of affiliates, KOLs, and creators.
  • Build and maintain a strong, active network of affiliates and content partners.
  • Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and campaign agreements.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign administration including agreements, quotations, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Ensure content produced by affiliates/KOLs aligns with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Track and analyze affiliate campaign results and provide optimization plans.

3. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with Business, Brand, Creative, Marketplace, and Data teams to align messaging, creative assets, and analytics.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations for scaling successful campaigns.
  • Support cross-team initiatives by sharing performance data, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Lead weekly performance updates and share optimization plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members when needed and support overall marketing workflow improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong experience with paid ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising.
  • Experience managing Affiliate/KOL or influencer-driven campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social commerce developments, and platform algorithms.
  • Experience in the platforms or brands is a plus.
