Role Objective

To lead governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations of MNC Life's IT function, ensuring compliance, information security, risk mitigation, and business continuity. The role also manages and performs IT Security Operations, ensuring continuous protection, monitoring, and incident response across the organization.

Qualification

1.   Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

years of experience in IT governance, risk, and security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3.   Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and relevant OJK and UU PDP regulations.

4.   Proven experience managing IT Security Operations, including SOC, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, and incident response.

5.   Experience in IT risk management, third-party/vendor risk, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning.
