Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Equipment Engineer to oversee, maintain, and optimize our pharmaceutical production and laboratory facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment and utilities operate in compliance with GMP standards while driving reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and monitor IQ/OQ/PQ for new and existing machines to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
  • Conduct regular calibration of critical instruments and equipment.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and minimize production downtime.
  • Oversee pharmaceutical utilities including HVAC, purified water systems, electricity, and compressed air.
  • Provide technical training to operators to ensure safe and compliant equipment operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, laboratory, and production facility requirements, including HVAC systems.
  • Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of pharmaceutical production machines and analytical instruments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Barat.
