Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out engineering design for various mechanical rotary equipment such as pump, compressor, agitator, fan, blower, etc. and also HVAC system. including but not limited to the following items:

  1. Prepare/update equipment list.
  2. Prepare/update equipment specification.
  3. Prepare/update equipment mechanical data sheet.
  4. Prepare/update HVAC calculation and ducting design.
  5. Prepare/update MTOs and BOQs for HVAC system.
  6. Prepare/update equipment requisition.
  7. Prepare/update technical bid evaluation for vendors' proposal.
  8. Review and comment on vendors' documents.
  9. Inspection of equipment performance test.
  10. Field engineering work at job site.
  11. Pre-commissioning work at job site.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Having at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (rotary equipment) in EPC Project.
  3. Having experience in HVAC system engineering design is preferable.
  4. Familiar with the relevant design codes, such as ASME, API, ASHRAE.
  5. Having strong understanding about design, operation of rotating machinery such as pump, agitator, compressor, turbine, generator, etc.
  6. Strong project management and procurement methods.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Teams).
  8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a plus.
  9. Having good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistency, and detail oriented.
  10. Willing to be dispatched to overseas or domestic site for project support if required.
