Job Description

  • Develop and optimize business growth strategies to drive our credit business.
  • Create and enhance marketing initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Track business performance, including revenue and profitability, and support the development of management reporting materials to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze campaign performance across various marketing funnels, including lead generation, trials, conversion, and retention stages.
  • Support data for KPI setting and performance monitoring for the Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Continuously assess market trends to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct thorough competitor research and analysis to identify growth opportunities for our credit business and enhance competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, growth strategy, campaign strategy, or other related fields.
  • Experience in the credit, fintech, retail banking, financial services, or consulting industries.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and research capabilities, with the ability to leverage insights to drive informed business decisions and strategies (SQL and Phyton)
  • Structured thinking and the ability to develop actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in offline growth strategies for credit products is a plus.
