Business FunctionGroup Planning supports the Bank in the origination and execution of key strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, divestments, capital management and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives, to maximize the Bank's financial and competitive position.Responsibilities* Responsible for the overall management and oversight of data ingestion processes for data management platform ID and SG GCP (for ID data)* Ensure the operationalization of metadata completeness and accuracy evaluation* Govern the use of Horizontal GenAI use cases within the organization* Manage the ADA Activity and Cost processes* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for above processes to identify and address challenges* Provide regular reporting and update on above processesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or a related field,* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or governance, with a proven track record of leading successful risk management or governance function,* Strong understanding of data management principles, including data ingestion, metadata management, and data governance* Proficient in the use of data management tools and/or technologies, such as metadata management solutions* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data-related governance issues into actionable solutions* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences* Familiarity with Horizontal GenAI use cases and their governance requirements* Experience in managing processes based activity and cost, will be a plus.
