About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at BIENSI FESYENINDO (3SECOND GROUP)'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to grow our brand's online presence and engage our target audience. Based in Bandung, Jawa Barat, this position will play a crucial part in achieving our digital marketing objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and followers across all Biensi fashion brands.
  2. Manage and optimize daily content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  3. Lead the creation of creative and trend-driven content with the Creative and Marketing teams.
  4. Coordinate influencer and KOL campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
  5. Monitor social media performance metrics and deliver insights for improvement.
  6. Supervise and develop the social media team to ensure strong execution and creativity.
  7. Stay updated on digital trends and audience behavior to keep the brands relevant.
  8. Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and E-Commerce teams to align content with business goals.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media.
  • 3-4  years of experience in managing social media (fashion or retail industry preferred).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, paid ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative sense, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about fashion, youth culture, and digital innovation.
  • Able to join immediately
