As a
Creator Manager Lead
at
Superstar Agency
, you'll take charge in building, guiding, and empowering our network of creators and affiliate partners. You'll oversee a team of Creator Managers, drive performance and growth initiatives, and create meaningful collaborations between creators, brands, and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Creator Manager team to achieve performance and growth targets.
  • Source, identify, and onboard top creators who align with Superstar's mission and brand values.
  • Oversee creator performance strategy, including content direction, campaign execution, and engagement metrics.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, brands, and key partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Business teams to drive partnership and campaign success.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize creator programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in creator/affiliate management, digital marketing, or MCN,
    with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
  • A self-driven, adaptable leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly adaptable personality.
    Able to adjust quickly and effectively when working with creators of different backgrounds, temperaments, and working styles.
  • Passion for the creator economy and deep understanding of content trends.
  • Willing to work hybrid in
    Surabaya
    and occasionally travel for meetings or events.
