As an
Affiliate Specialist
at
Superstar Agency
, you'll play a key role in building and supporting our network of affiliate creators — from recruitment and performance growth to unlocking exciting brand collaborations. You'll also represent Superstar in
Jakarta
, maintaining relationships with top creators and driving business opportunities with brands and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Source, identify, and onboard new affiliate creators who align with our mission.
  • Guide creators on content strategy, marketing, and engagement to help them thrive.
  • Maintain and support
    top creators
    under Superstar Agency, ensuring their growth and satisfaction.
  • Build and manage
    partnerships with brands
    for collaboration opportunities.
  • Act as
    Superstar's representative
    in Jakarta — meeting clients, partners, and creators.
  • Track creator performance, analyze results, and create strategies for growth.
  • Ensure smooth campaign execution and communication between brands and creators.
  • Be mobile and
    ready to attend meetings or events
    to strengthen relationships and seize new opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate or creator management (experience in MCN or brand affiliate programs is a big plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative, adaptable, and passionate about the creator economy.
  • Willing to work
