About the Role

This position is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end
collection, remedial, and asset management
activities, particularly for portfolios related to
heavy equipment and trucking
, to ensure optimal recovery, portfolio quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee
    collection, remedial, and asset management
    activities, especially for
    heavy equipment and trucking portfolios
  • Develop and update
    collection policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Manage
    NPL performance
    , recovery, restructuring, repossession, and asset disposal
  • Oversee
    collection budgeting
    , incentive schemes, and third-party vendors
  • Drive
    collection system enhancement and process improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal/Litigation, IT, Policy)
  • Lead, coach, and develop collection teams to achieve performance targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in
    multifinance / financing companies
  • Strong background in
    collection, remedial, risk management, and asset recovery
  • Solid understanding of
    financing regulations, repossession, and legal processes
  • Certified in
    SPPI – Management Dasar Perusahaan Jasa Pembiayaan
  • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
