Job Description

  • Lead energizing group reformer Pilates classes according to scheduled sessions.
  • Guide clients through our on-demand workout system — from sign-up, headphone setup, to class selection.
  • Provide real-time postural corrections and personalized support during on-demand sessions.
  • Prepare the studio and all necessary props prior to each class or client session.
  • Ensure all reformer equipment is clean, safe, and in optimal condition before and after use.
  • Share client insights and suggestions to help improve both experience and technical operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the front desk and instructor team to create a seamless and elevated studio experience.

Requirements

  • Certified Pilates instructor from a reputable institution (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, or other internationally recognized certification preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of consistent experience in the Pilates or fitness industry.
  • Confident leading both private and group reformer classes.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement science.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable navigating digital platforms and fitness tech.
  • Passionate for health and wellness, paired with excellent communication and client-focused service skills.
