Job Description:

  • Plan & Execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure smooth collaborations and long-term partnerships.
  • End-to-end KOL Process: Briefing, Pitching, Listing, Negotiating, and Maintaining reports.
  • Monitor & Track KOL performance, analyze engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Implement the KOL engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Reach and build a KOL network for different categories on social media.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1,5 years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or similar roles.
  • Strong database of KOLs & agencies with a proven track record of successful collaborations.
  • Experience and have good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also have an interest in the Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram) algorithms, features, and trends.
  • Data-driven mindset - experience with performance tracking, ROl analysis, and campaign optimization.
