QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within cosmetics, or FMCG manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP standards.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Willing to be based in Marunda, North Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and manage daily Quality Assurance operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process.

  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality issues

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation

  • Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams to maintain consistent product quality.

  • Lead and train QA staff to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Prepare and present quality reports and improvement initiatives to management.
