What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  2. Implement and monitor production targets, key performance indicators, and quality control measures
  3. Identify and resolve production issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  4. Manage and lead a team of production personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as planning, HSEQ, procurement, maintenance, and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Analyse and report on production data to support decision-making and drive operational excellence

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the Manufacturing/ FoodIndustry
  2. Strong background in process improvement, quality management, and operational optimisation
  3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
  5. Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  6. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
