Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • No prior full-time work experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with internship or student leadership experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic financial reporting
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling data
  • Strong leadership potential and desire to develop a career in management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous
