Tugas Utama : Memfasilitasi implementasi standar ISO (ISO 9001, ISO , ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 37001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, dan ISO

Tanggung jawab pekerjaan :

  • Membantu pelaksanaan dan pemeliharaan implementasi berbagai standar ISO di unit kerja.
  • Menyiapkan, memperbarui, dan mengarsipkan dokumen sistem manajemen (kebijakan, prosedur, form, dan rekaman).
  • Mendukung pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal, termasuk pengumpulan bukti dan tindak lanjut temuan.
  • Mendukung kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, atau awareness terkait implementasi sistem manajemen.
  • Melaksanakan tugas administratif lain yang mendukung fungsi kepatuhan dan tata kelola perusahaan.
  • Dokumen dan rekaman sistem manajemen (ISO) yang diperbarui dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
  • Data dan bukti audit internal maupun eksternal yang lengkap.
  • Laporan pelaksanaan dan monitoring implementasi ISO.
  • Data dan worksheet keberlanjutan (sustainability/emisi) yang terverifikasi.
  • Materi dan laporan kegiatan sosialisasi/awareness.
  • Laporan aktivitas dan koordinasi pelaksanaan sistem manajemen.

Qualifications :

  • Mampu menyiapkan, mengarsipkan, dan memperbarui dokumen ISO secara tertib dan sesuai prosedur.
  • Terampil dalam pengolahan data dan pelaporan (menggunakan Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Mampu membantu koordinasi pelaksanaan audit internal, eksternal, dan kegiatan sertifikasi.
  • Dapat membantu pelaksanaan sosialisasi atau pelatihan internal terkait implementasi sistem manajemen.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan sistem manajemen dokumen (Document Management System / DMS).
  • Keterampilan Interpersonal
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan yang relevan (misal: Manajemen, Teknik Industri, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang lain yang sesuai).
  • Pengalaman kerja 0–2 tahun di bidang administrasi sistem manajemen, audit, atau kepatuhan. Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar.
  • Pengalaman dalam kegiatan dokumentasi, audit internal, atau sertifikasi ISO menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (membaca dan menulis dokumen standar) merupakan keuntungan tambahan.
