Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for JES (JAS Employee System) to ensure smooth system performance and data accuracy.
  • Manage and support the Face Attendance Machine integration and troubleshooting.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications related to Human Capital operations.
  • Create and optimize queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital and IT teams to ensure system needs are aligned with operational requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, documentation, and user training for new features or updates.
  • Monitor database integrity, perform regular backups, and ensure data security.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience or strong skills in programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, or similar).
  • Proficient in query statements (SQL or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to work in International Airport Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang
