  • Manages and appraises the document team
  • Organizes business sub-teams to formulate and confirm document delivery plans with the customer, including the document list, template, approval workflow, naming rules, format, delivery platform, delivery time, delivery person, and recipient
  • Reviews the document delivery plan in accordance with the payment collection requirements confirmed by the payment collection manager to ensure that the documents with payment collection requirements are included in document delivery management
  • Promotes all business sub-teams and subcontractors to deliver documents in a timely, complete, and standard manner in accordance with the plan
  • Establishes a document submission, approval, tracking, control, acceptance, performance evaluation, and reporting mechanism to continuously improve the document delivery timeliness and completeness
  • Communicate with customers and subcontractors about document delivery management issues to improve document delivery customer satisfaction.
  • Manages the electronic document library
  • Daily registration, archiving, and borrowing of paper documents
  • Promotes the application implementation of the document module in the EPMS system

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in any major

  • Have management team experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
