  • Observe and ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and Internal Memos.

  • Support corrective action follow-up and update quality data.
  • Assist in SOP training and coordinate with centers to maintain complete, standardized quality documents.

Requirements:

  • Final Year Students or Fresh Graduate in Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Interest in quality assurance and operational compliance.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and skilled in documentation and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Professional, responsible, and a good team player.
