Job description includes but is not limited to :

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and insurance/BPJS, and prepare accurate and timely monthly personnel reports.
  • Manage and handle company licensing and legal documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including office supplies, workstations, operational vehicles, and coordination of support staff (office boys, drivers, messengers, etc.).
  • Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (any major);
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs or a similar position;
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Good communication, fast learner and initiative;
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks;
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to join as soon as possible.
