Job Description:

  1. Execute procurement activities according to the company's purchasing plan, ensuring compliance with quality, quantity, and timeline requirements.
  2. Responsible for issuing purchase orders, tracking order progress, and coordinating with suppliers regarding product quality and delivery schedules.
  3. Manage and maintain production orders, providing timely updates and follow-ups on production progress, and giving feedback on any issues that arise during the production process.
  4. Monitor and ensure the execution of procurement contracts to meet scheduled timelines.
  5. Conduct strict quality reviews of purchased goods to ensure they meet company procurement standards.
  6. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to product usage or quality complaints.
  7. Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply and favorable business cooperation.

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, or supply chain management (experience in beauty industry, retail, manufacturing, or trading industry preferred).
  3. Fluent in English — both written and spoken — is a must.
  4. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and production coordination.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
  7. Proactive, responsible, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Available to join before Desember 2025
