As a Social Media Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our social media strategy and contributing to the growth of our online presence.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates creative skills and highlights past accomplishments in social media marketing.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Showcase strong conceptual thinking and proficiency in creating innovative and engaging content to bring fresh and practical solutions to social media challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Take charge of overseeing social media content from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Adjust content strategies to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving platform requirements.
  • Manage, supervise, and coach the Social Media team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in content creation. Ensure timely production of engaging social media posts and campaigns.
  • Leverage expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and social media management platforms to enhance the overall content creation process.
